Sheet coolers are used to enable the natural cooling of the baked wafer sheets just after the baking oven at ambient temperature, to relieve the stress formed due to the heating, to stack the sheets and to separate the inappropriate ones. The inappropriate wafer sheets are detected by the special sensors which perform controls via 3 points and rejected. The machine is constructed on an aluminum base and the bearing sticks, runners, guides and all the parts in contact with the product are made of 304 quality stainless steel. The baked wafer sheets which come out from the oven are taken automatically to this machine and as they are cooled within the required time by air convection, they are transferred automatically to the next unit. Wafer sheet coolers are produced in following 3 standard sizes as per the capacity requirement.
