Wafer Batter Production Plant for the production of homogeneously mixed wafer batter and fully automatic feeding of one or several wafer baking machines.Plant comprising: Wafer Batter mixer, Batter feeding pump and connecting pipes. Automatic water dosing and flour dosing are optional.The individual batter ingredients are fed into mixing tank manually or automatically.The raw materials are then mixed in batches in an especially gentle and efficient process.Thereafter, the homogenous wafer batter is pumped into the intermediate batter container from where it is continuously fed by another pump to the automatic wafer baking machine.
